License conditions for PenScreenSix

1. Copyright. Software is copyright © 2004-2018 Brian Tiplady, and all intellectual property rights in the Software are retained by Brian Tiplady. Brian Tiplady asserts his moral rights as author of the software.
2. Limited License. Brian Tiplady grants to the Licensee and affiliates a nonexclusive, nontransferable limited license to use the Software.
3. Restrictions. The Licensee shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, extract, or otherwise reverse engineer Software. Software may not be leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part. The Licensee is responsible for installing the software on their own equipment, and may not make additional copies except for backup and security purposes. Demo Version may be used only for demonstration and evaluation purposes, not for production use.
4. Limitation of Liability. The software is provided AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Brian Tiplady shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Licensee or any third party as a result of using or distributing the Software. In no event shall BrianTiplady be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, for data being rendered inaccurate, or for direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, however caused, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Brian Tiplady has been advised of the possibility of such damages. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CONSTITUTESAN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS LICENSE. NO USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AUTHORIZED EXCEPT UNDER THIS LIMITATION.
5. Termination. Licensee may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of the Software.This License will terminate immediately without notice from Brian Tiplady if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this License. On termination, the Licensee must destroy or erase all copies of Software.
6. Governing Law. Any action related to this License will be governed by the law of Scotland
